transcription comments and caveats from The Armour Archive This book was originally stored as a large number of scanned in images stored as an Acrobat file, apparently taken from photocopies of the original. It was transcribed by hand, and the diagrams/pictures were cut and pasted from the original PDFs. It is the understanding of the Archive that presenting this excerpt for the private, non-commercial use by members is permissible. If this is incorrect, the Archive will remove the document if requested. In any event, any copyright is maintained by the original author.
